Telephone:

If you have any clinical questions please book a telephone consultation to discuss. If it is an urgent matter, it may be triaged by a nurse. For emergencies please call 000.

Telehealth:

Telephone and Video consultations are available but please be aware some medical conditions will require a face to face appointment.

eHealth:

Your health summary can be uploaded to you MyHealthRecord at your request.

Email Policy:

Email communication is not a secure method of communication.

In some cases your documentation can be emailed with a password.

In all other instances consent of risks will be obtained verbally or implied if you have initiated the request.

Emails are not routinely checked.

Covid Policy:

If you have any clinical enquiries please book a consultation to discuss.

If you have any respiratory symptoms please do a RAT Test for Covid before attending. You will be required to wear a mask.

If you have tested positive to COVID please call and book a telephone consultation.

Clinical Reminders:

Preventative Healthcare is an important aspect of General Practice.

You will receive reminders via sms for routine procedures, vaccinations and other follow up testing around the due date.

Appointment Reminders:

You will receive an sms to remind you of your upcoming appointments.

If you wish to opt out of these services please reply to the sms or inform a member of staff.


Your feedback is valued and encouraged.

A response will be made as soon as possible. You can submit your feedback in person or in writing.

You may be asked to fill in a confidential evaluation questionnaire as part of APGAL accreditation.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care please provide this feedback. Resolving the issue is important to us.

If however, the problem is not resolved, you may wish to contact the NSW State Government authority for dealing with medical complaints (details below).
